ON STABILITY OF THE ORTHOGONALLY CUBIC TYPE FUNCTIONAL EQUATION

Abstract

In this article, we establish the stability of the orthogonally cubic type functional equation 2f (x + 2y) + 2f (x − 2y) + 2f (2x) + 7[f (x) + f (−x)] = 4f (x) + 8[f (x + y) + f (x − y)], x⊥y in which ⊥ is the orthogonality in the sense in the R¨atz.
