Abstract
Let fXni; i (cid:21) 1; n (cid:21) 1g be an array of rowwise asymptotically negatively associated random variables and fani; i (cid:21) 1; n (cid:21) 1g an array of constants. Some results concerning complete convern gence of weighted sums i=1 aniXni are obtained. They generalize some previous known results for arrays of rowwise negatively associated random variables to the asymptotically negative association case.
